Overview

The course (Principles of Business Administration) code IE 105 is taught to first-year students of the Department of Islamic Economics for two hours per week. In this course, the student studies topics, including the definition of management and its definition as an open system and its characteristics, the study of the main schools in management, knowledge of management magazines and the difference between public administration And business administration, the study of the organization and its types, characteristics, importance and components / efficiency and effectiveness and the relationship between them at the administrative levels, the principles, importance and types of planning, the principles that must be available in a sound organization., the objectives and types of communication and the requirements of good communication and its obstacles, control methods / conditions for an effective control system. Studying participatory management, its definition and patterns/ positives of participatory management. The course aims to:1- To introduce the student to the nature of management, its importance, and the development of administrative thought2- He should have sufficient knowledge of all schools in terms of administration and the environment in which they operate.3- To be fully aware of how to effectively plan as it is the basis of every administrative process4 Focusing on organizing activities and how to direct and control in terms of the concept, the nature of the activity, the importance and how to do it.
